Conlog Direct electricity tokens can be purchased via the Conlog Direct App or website, or via WhatsApp, or through a wide variety of outlets such as banks, retailers, kiosks, municipal electricity buildings or select ATMs and banking apps.

How to purchase electricity via the Conlog Direct App:

Download the Conlog Direct App from the Google Play Store or iOS Apple Store. Scan the QR code below or click here to get the app.

Register on the Conlog Direct App using your email address.

Log in to your account using your registered email address

Add your meter and give it a nickname.

Purchase your prepaid token by selecting purchase and adding the amount you want to buy. Make and confirm your payment via the secure instant EFT payment method. Once payment has been made, a receipt will be shown on the Conlog Direct App, and the receipt will be sent to your email address as well.
Via WhatsApp
Purchasing via WhatsApp is a quick, hassle-free and secure way of purchasing tokens without having to go to a physical store or download another app. Follow the simple instructions below to purchase tokens via WhatsApp.

Add Conlog Direct as a contact. Our number is 076 849 0676.

Start chatting by opening a WhatsApp conversation with our contact. Send a simple ‘hi’ or ‘hello’ to get the process started.

Enter your meter number when our chatbot asks you to.

Select the amount you wish to purchase and pay via the instant EFT payment link provided in the chat.

Receive your token as well as a receipt for your transaction.
