Because we manufacture the meters ourselves, you can cut out the middleman and get your meter/s at the best possible price. We also offer lower monthly fees, as opposed to distributors who purchase our meters and sell them on to their own customers.

Cash-flow transparency

We know that cash flow is important to you. That’s why we ensure that you receive a full report detailing your tenants’ electricity consumption for the previous month by the 3rd of the following month. The full amount of the electricity purchased, minus service fees, are then paid into your account by the 5th of each month.

Overload protection

If your tenant is drawing power from the same circuit as your main residents, overloading the tenant’s circuit can trip the entire property’s circuit, disrupting the power supply to your home. This risk is heightened further if you have more than one dwelling drawing power from the same circuit.

Our meters are able to limit the power consumption, ensuring that your tenants can’t overload the entire circuit. This is an especially crucial feature for landlords who have more than one rental unit drawing power from the same circuit.
